- Develop and implement innovative and effective cybersecurity solutions to protect Truist Financial's data and systems.
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity engineers to ensure the highest level of security for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into all aspects of the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze security systems to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
- Create and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for all employees.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments on cybersecurity matters.
- Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay current on emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cybersecurity Engineering, Including Experience With Network Security, Vulnerability Management, And Intrusion Detection Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Security Protocols, Tools, And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Siem, And Endpoint Protection.
Strong Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Experience Implementing Security Controls To Mitigate Identified Risks.
Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Preferred.
