- Develop and implement email security protocols and strategies to protect the organization's assets and sensitive information.
- Monitor and analyze email traffic to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain email security tools and systems, including anti-spam and anti-virus software, email encryption, and data loss prevention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and continuously assess and improve the organization's email security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address areas of weakness.
- Train and educate employees on email security best practices to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
- Investigate and respond to any email security incidents, including malware attacks, phishing attempts, and data breaches.
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of external email communications.
- Stay current with the latest email security technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Email Protocols, Including Smtp, Pop, Imap, And Dns.
Familiarity With Email Security Best Practices, Such As Encryption, Spam Filtering, And Phishing Prevention.
Expertise In Managing And Troubleshooting Email Systems, Such As Microsoft Exchange And Office 365.
