Truist Financial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Compliance Senior Consultant to join our team.   1. Develop and implement cybersecurity compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities within the organization's systems and processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  5. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
  6. Conduct audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity controls and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Prepare and present reports on cybersecurity compliance and risk management to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  9. Participate in incident response and provide guidance on cybersecurity compliance during and after security incidents.
  10. Mentor and train junior members of the Cyber Risk Assessment team to enhance their knowledge and skills in cybersecurity compliance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Regulations And Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Compliance Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci-Dss, And Be Able To Apply Them To Truist Financial's Cyber Risk Assessment Process.

  • Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Comprehensive Risk Assessments To Identify Potential Vulnerabilities And Threats In An Organization's Systems And Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Cybersecurity Issues And Provide Practical Solutions To Mitigate Risks And Address Compliance Gaps.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Cybersecurity Compliance Measures.

  • Relevant Certifications: Candidates With Certifications Such As Cissp, Cisa, Or Crisc Will Have An Advantage As These Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices.
