The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and designing high-quality educational materials for a variety of audiences. If you have an eye for detail and a desire to create engaging and educational content, this could be the perfect role for you.The successful Curriculum Developer will be responsible for developing and creating effective learning materials to meet the needs of Truist Financial’s employees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in curriculum development. Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus. You must also have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with peers and stakeholders to develop high-quality materials.If you are an experienced Curriculum Developer and are looking for an exciting new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities: -Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and educational content for Truist Financial’s employees -Utilize instructional design principles to develop and create effective learning materials -Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure the quality of learning materials -Ensure all materials comply with applicable standards and regulations -Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in the field of curriculum development -Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly -Evaluate existing materials and make necessary changes to meet the needs of the organization -Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing materials -Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content
