This role requires excellent organizational skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in curriculum development. Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus. Responsibilities: -Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and educational content for Truist Financial’s employees -Utilize instructional design principles to develop and create effective learning materials -Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure the quality of learning materials -Ensure all materials comply with applicable standards and regulations -Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in the field of curriculum development -Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly -Evaluate existing materials and make necessary changes to meet the needs of the organization -Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing materials -Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content
