  1. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments on loan portfolios to identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement.
  2. Utilize industry knowledge and analytical skills to evaluate credit risk and make informed decisions.
  3. Collaborate with team members and senior management to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  4. Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential areas for risk mitigation.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and provide regular updates on the status of credit risk.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to credit risk management.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  8. Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to ensure accurate risk assessments are conducted.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their financial goals and needs.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to credit risk management.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit risk management procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of credit risk assessments and recommendations.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk management and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the risk landscape to proactively identify potential areas of concern.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Assessment Methods And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
