- Utilize industry knowledge and analytical skills to evaluate credit risk and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members and senior management to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential areas for risk mitigation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and provide regular updates on the status of credit risk.

- Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to ensure accurate risk assessments are conducted.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their financial goals and needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to credit risk management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit risk management procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of credit risk assessments and recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk management and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Continuously monitor and assess the risk landscape to proactively identify potential areas of concern.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Assessment Methods And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
