- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate clients in the NYC market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Analyze and assess credit risk for potential clients and make recommendations for loan approval.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and negotiate loan terms and pricing.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform business strategy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Actively manage a portfolio of existing clients, monitoring their financial performance and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Mentor and train junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish new relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Real Estate Lending, Preferably In The Nyc Market.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Regulations In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Loan Portfolio.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Industry Professionals.
