  1. Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives for employees, including but not limited to health screenings, fitness challenges, nutrition education, and stress management workshops.
  2. Conduct individual wellness assessments and provide personalized health coaching and education to employees.
  3. Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address specific employee wellness needs and concerns.
  4. Serve as a resource for employees, providing information on various health topics and available resources.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in employee wellness.
  6. Administer first aid and emergency care as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential health records for employees.
  8. Work closely with health insurance providers to ensure proper coverage and utilization of benefits.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external health and wellness organizations for potential partnerships and resources.
  10. Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events and initiatives focused on wellness.
  11. Track and analyze data related to employee wellness programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Assist in the development and management of the wellness budget.
  13. Educate and train supervisors and managers on how to support employee wellness and recognize signs of potential health issues.
  14. Serve as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers, advocating for employee needs and ensuring appropriate care.
  15. Continuously promote a positive and supportive work culture that values and prioritizes employee wellness.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn Licensure: The Corporate Wellness Nurse Must Hold A Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where They Will Be Working.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Typically Required For A Corporate Wellness Nurse Position.

  • Experience In Occupational Health Or Wellness: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Occupational Health Or Wellness, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Wellness Programs And Best Practices: A Corporate Wellness Nurse Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Wellness Programs And Best Practices, Including Health Promotion And Disease Prevention Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Corporate Wellness Nurse To Interact With Employees, Management, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
