- Lead a team of compliance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential compliance risks and issues.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards related to SOX compliance and ensure the program is in alignment with these changes.
- Communicate and report on the status of the SOX program to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors to facilitate the completion of annual SOX audits.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SOX compliance policies and procedures.
