
Corporate Banking Analyst- Investment Bank

- Conduct financial analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential and existing clients to support decision making and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing strategic advice and solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with senior bankers, underwriters, and other team members to support deal execution and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct market research: Monitor market trends, gather industry intelligence, and stay updated on regulatory changes to support the development of client pitches and proposals.
- Prepare financial models: Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and make informed recommendations to clients.
- Draft marketing materials: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, and offering memorandums, to present to potential clients.
- Conduct due diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients, including reviewing financial statements, industry analysis, and conducting background checks.
- Assist with deal execution: Support the execution of corporate banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and capital raising activities.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate complex financial information and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to clients and team members.
- Adhere to regulations: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
- Continuously learn and develop: Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Represent the company: Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial, building and maintaining a positive image with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills
Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Valuation Techniques
Experience In Financial Statement Analysis And Credit Risk Assessment
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Work In A Team-Oriented Environment.
