  1. Conduct financial analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential and existing clients to support decision making and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing strategic advice and solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with senior bankers, underwriters, and other team members to support deal execution and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  4. Conduct market research: Monitor market trends, gather industry intelligence, and stay updated on regulatory changes to support the development of client pitches and proposals.
  5. Prepare financial models: Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and make informed recommendations to clients.
  6. Draft marketing materials: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, and offering memorandums, to present to potential clients.
  7. Conduct due diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients, including reviewing financial statements, industry analysis, and conducting background checks.
  8. Assist with deal execution: Support the execution of corporate banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and capital raising activities.
  9. Communicate effectively: Communicate complex financial information and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to clients and team members.
  10. Adhere to regulations: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
  11. Continuously learn and develop: Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Represent the company: Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial, building and maintaining a positive image with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
