  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote compliance awareness and ensure alignment with company goals.
  10. Communicate compliance updates and changes to senior management and provide recommendations for improving compliance processes.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  12. Conduct ongoing risk assessments and make recommendations for mitigating potential risks to the company.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and reports.
  14. Collaborate with external legal counsel and other advisors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Banking And Financial Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures To Ensure Adherence To Regulations.
