They must also have a strong understanding of the loan process, be proficient in using loan origination systems, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service. A valid real estate license is preferred but not required.The Community Mortgage Specialist is a critical part of Truist Financial's team and must be able to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
