Truist Financial is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Affairs Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, stakeholders, and government officials.
  2. Monitor local public policy and community issues and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
  3. Represent Truist at local community events, meetings, and fundraising activities.
  4. Develop, implement, and evaluate community engagement strategies and tactics that align with Truist’s brand and objectives.
  5. Establish and manage relationships with local non-profits, organizations, and community leaders.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure Truist’s initiatives and programs are successful.
  7. Monitor and analyze community feedback and provide reports to management.
  8. Develop and execute strategies to ensure Truist’s visibility and positive reputation in the community.
  9. Create and implement effective communication and marketing campaigns to promote Truist’s programs, initiatives, and successes.
