  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively convey Truist's messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for communication initiatives.
  3. Create compelling and engaging content, including press releases, articles, speeches, and presentations.
  4. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for Truist's messaging.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
  6. Ensure all communication materials are aligned with Truist's brand and messaging guidelines.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Truist's products, services, and industry.
  8. Plan and coordinate events and initiatives to promote and enhance Truist's brand and reputation.
  9. Serve as a spokesperson for Truist, representing the company in interviews and public speaking engagements.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging communication trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into Truist's communication strategy.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and campaigns.
  12. Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from stakeholders on various communication channels.
  13. Ensure all communication efforts are executed on time, within budget, and meet desired objectives.
  14. Provide guidance and support to junior communication team members.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve Truist's communication strategies to drive results and maintain a positive brand image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Audiences.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Communication Strategies Across Multiple Channels, Including Digital And Traditional Media.

  • Familiarity With Financial Services Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
