  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with Truist Financial's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, community leaders, and internal teams.
  4. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor communications to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Create compelling and engaging content, including press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts.
  6. Plan and execute internal and external events, such as town halls, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
  7. Serve as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial, ensuring messaging and branding is consistent and in line with company values.
  8. Utilize various communication platforms and tools to effectively reach target audiences.
  9. Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson during times of crisis.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of Truist Financial's communication efforts.
  11. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.
  12. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of communication initiatives.
  13. Monitor and report on the success and impact of communication efforts, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Communications Or Public Relations
