  3. Plan and manage internal and external communication campaigns, including messaging, content creation, and distribution.
  4. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Truist Financial's communication strategies are innovative and effective.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing communication guidance and support.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and media outlets.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the financial industry and the competitive landscape.
  9. Act as a spokesperson for Truist Financial, representing the company in a professional and effective manner.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communication materials are aligned with Truist Financial's brand and messaging.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  14. Provide support and guidance to other team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  15. Proactively identify potential communication issues and develop crisis communication plans to address them.
