  1. Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Actively promote and sell credit card products to commercial clients, increasing portfolio growth and profitability.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  4. Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess creditworthiness and make informed credit decisions.
  5. Monitor and manage credit card portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

  7. Provide guidance and expertise on credit card products and services to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities and competitive strategies.
  9. Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and business development initiatives to senior management.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  11. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand client base and strengthen relationships.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on credit card products and sales techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Credit Card Sales Or Account Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Commercial Banking Products And Services, Specifically Credit Cards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In A Commercial Banking Environment.
