- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial credit card clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Understand clients' financial needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of commercial credit card clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of clients' financials to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market to effectively advise clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on portfolio performance and growth strategies.
- Network and attend industry events to build relationships and promote the company's services.
- Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals and targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Credit Card Relationship Management Or Commercial Banking.
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Credit Card Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Commercial Clients.
