- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Work collaboratively with team members to find solutions to complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively communicate updates to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to facilitate efficient communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on current regulations and laws related to property and casualty insurance.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide support throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to ensure seamless service for clients.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Client Service Role Within The Property And Casualty Insurance Industry.
Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Procedures, And Regulations, Particularly In Regards To P&C Insurance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Proficient In Relevant Computer Software Programs, Such As Microsoft Office And Insurance-Specific Software.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Complex Client Inquiries And Issues.
