- Utilize in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance to advise clients on coverage options and make recommendations based on their specific needs.
- Process insurance policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, process claims, and resolve any policy-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes to insurance policies and regulations, and effectively communicate this information to clients.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including client satisfaction, retention, and sales targets.
- Represent Truist Financial in a professional and ethical manner at all times, following company policies and procedures.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Client Service Experience In The Property And Casualty Insurance Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Policies, Coverage Options, And Claims Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Proficient In Using Insurance Industry Software And Systems, Such As Agency Management Systems, Rating Tools, And Document Management Systems.
Detail-Oriented And Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
