
Client Onboarding Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join the Truist Financial family! This position will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who has a knack for problem-solving and is attentive to detail. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of onboarding processes, customer service, and banking regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding processes and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for clients.
- Conduct research to ensure compliance with banking regulations and adherence to customer service standards.
- Manage customer data and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients during the onboarding process.
- Answer inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor onboarding process to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to improve customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field
