We are looking for an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join the Truist Financial family! This position will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who has a knack for problem-solving and is attentive to detail. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of onboarding processes, customer service, and banking regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop onboarding processes and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for clients.
  2. Conduct research to ensure compliance with banking regulations and adherence to customer service standards.
  3. Manage customer data and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Provide assistance and guidance to clients during the onboarding process.
  5. Answer inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Monitor onboarding process to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding.
  8. Maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  10. Develop and implement customer service initiatives to improve customer experience.
