
Client Marketing Manager- Deposits Marketing

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and retention of Truist Financial's deposit products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, messaging, and promotional tactics for deposit products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and direct mail.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies for deposit products.
- Manage the client journey for deposit products, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, such as agencies and vendors, to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing products based on customer needs and market trends.
- Train and educate sales teams on deposit product features, benefits, and marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Truist Financial's brand, values, and mission to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial, representing the company and its deposit products at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Deposit Products And Marketing Strategies.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
