We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Identity and Access Management Cybersecurity Compliance Lead Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our client identity and access management processes. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about cybersecurity and has a strong understanding of compliance regulations.   1. Develop and implement strategies and policies for client identity and access management compliance within the organization.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity compliance regulations, staying updated on any changes or updates.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any compliance issues or gaps.
  5. Monitor and analyze system logs and security events to identify potential security risks and take appropriate actions.
  6. Develop and conduct trainings for employees to increase awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  7. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with clients to address any compliance concerns or queries.
  9. Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities, as required.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
  11. Lead and guide junior team members in understanding and implementing compliance measures.
  12. Continuously review and improve client identity and access management processes to ensure maximum efficiency and security.
  13. Act as a liaison between the organization and external auditors during compliance audits.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on best practices and new developments in cybersecurity compliance.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cybersecurity Compliance, Specifically In Client Identity And Access Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices, Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci Dss.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Relevant Certifications, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Crisc, Are Preferred.
