
Case Manager - Client Services
At Truist Financial, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our Client Services team as a Case Manager. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping people.The Case Manager is responsible for providing support to clients in need of financial assistance. This role requires a person with a customer-focused attitude and a desire to provide superior customer service. The Case Manager must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships, as well as have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client services role• Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients• Exceptional communication and organizational skills• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance proceduresIf you are a highly motivated professional with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work Or Similar Field
