  1. Manage the closing process for syndicated loans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
  2. Work closely with internal teams and external parties to gather all necessary documentation and information for loan closings.
  3. Review loan documents and identify any discrepancies or missing information that may impact the closing process.
  4. Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and updated throughout the closing process.
  5. Monitor and track all necessary information and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan closings.
  6. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all loan documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure accuracy of loan documents and data.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital markets operations and syndicated loan closing procedures.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Keep detailed records and documentation of all loan closing activities.
  12. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  13. Uphold the values and standards of Truist Financial in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Capital Markets Operations, Specifically In Syndicated Loan Closing

  • Strong Understanding Of Loan Documentation And Syndicated Loan Market Processes

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Internal And External Stakeholders

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Kyc/Aml And Dodd-Frank Act, Related To Syndicated Loan Transactions
