  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with capital adequacy regulations and risk management guidelines.
  2. Analyze and assess the company's capital needs and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on capital allocation.
  4. Monitor and track changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure the company's capital adequacy framework remains up-to-date.
  5. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the company's risk exposure.
  6. Prepare and present reports on capital adequacy and risk management to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline capital adequacy processes.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on capital adequacy and risk management best practices.
  9. Conduct training sessions for employees on capital adequacy regulations and risk management.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with capital adequacy guidelines.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, regulators, and auditors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capital Adequacy, Risk Management, Or Financial Consulting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Capital Adequacy, Such As Basel Iii And Ccar

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Capital Adequacy Frameworks, Policies, And Procedures

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Collaborate With Senior Management And Stakeholders.
