Job Description

Truist Financial is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills, who is able to think strategically and has a passion for technology.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. They should also have strong understanding of business process analysis and software development processes, as well as experience working with various database and programming languages.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex business systems, analyzing data and providing solutions to business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of systems and ensuring that all solutions meet the business requirements.We are looking for a professional who is able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and is able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. In addition, you should be pro-active in researching new technologies and be willing to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
