Brokerage Service Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust.
2. Maintain knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations and ensure compliance with the same.
3. Utilize brokerage systems and processes to accurately execute customer transactions.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
6. Stay current with industry trends and provide advice and insights to customers.
7. Document customer interactions and transactions.
8. Monitor customer account activity and alert customers when necessary.
9. Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff.
10. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the team's success.
