- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure all activities are in line with company policies and procedures.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on branch performance, goals, and initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial and promote the company's values and mission.
- Continuously evaluate and improve branch processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing staff.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Procedures
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
