As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch by effectively managing day-to-day operations, cultivating relationships with customers, and leading a team to achieve sales and service goals.   1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure all activities are in line with company policies and procedures.

  10. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on branch performance, goals, and initiatives.
  12. Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial and promote the company's values and mission.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve branch processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
