- Work closely with branch managers and staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate updates and progress on branch initiatives.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation for branch channel projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in project implementation.
- Train and mentor branch staff on new processes and technologies to ensure successful adoption.
- Continuously assess and improve branch channel processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the branch channel in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals.
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within the branch channel.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial by embodying our values and promoting our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Branch Operations And Customer Experience In A Retail Banking Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
