  1. Lead and manage strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience in the branch channel.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in branch banking operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation within the branch channel.
  4. Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in branch banking to continuously improve the customer experience.
  6. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  7. Work closely with branch managers and staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate updates and progress on branch initiatives.
  9. Oversee budget and resource allocation for branch channel projects.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in project implementation.
  11. Train and mentor branch staff on new processes and technologies to ensure successful adoption.
  12. Continuously assess and improve branch channel processes and procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  13. Represent the branch channel in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals.
  14. Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within the branch channel.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial by embodying our values and promoting our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Branch Operations And Customer Experience In A Retail Banking Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives.
