  1. Develop and implement strategies for effective risk management processes related to treasury, interest rate, and liquidity risk.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for conducting audits and assessments of risk management processes.
  3. Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment of risk management strategies with overall business objectives.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to treasury, interest rate, and liquidity risk, and make recommendations for necessary changes to the risk management processes.
  5. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate risk management objectives and findings to senior management.
  6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure the safety and security of the institution's financial assets.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes to ensure they are in line with industry best practices.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in risk management.
  9. Conduct regular training and education sessions for all relevant employees to promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
  10. Prepare and present reports on risk management activities to senior management and external regulators.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and examinations.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Treasury Operations, Interest Rate Risk Management, And Liquidity Risk Management In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Audit Professionals.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Treasury, Interest Rate Risk, And Liquidity Risk.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Risks And Issues To Senior Management.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cpa, Cia, Or Cfa, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Audit, Risk Management, Or Finance.
