- Lead and manage audits across the HR, Finance, and Legal Risk functions.
- Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Identify potential risks and areas for improvement within the organization.
- Conduct thorough and accurate audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Analyze and interpret audit findings to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to communicate audit results and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with current standards.
- Train and mentor junior audit staff to ensure consistent quality and standards are met.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective audits.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures: As An Audit Manager At Truist Financial, You Will Be Responsible For Conducting Audits And Ensuring Compliance With All Hr Policies And Procedures. Therefore, A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Practices, Laws, And Regulations Is Essential.
