  1. Develop and implement strategies for conducting the CSBB Reg Issue Validation process.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of auditors, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of the organization's processes, procedures, and controls to identify potential risks and compliance issues.
  4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in relation to regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and remediation efforts.
  6. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  7. Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure the organization's compliance efforts are up-to-date.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other teams and departments in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements.
  10. Participate in the development and enhancement of internal audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to streamline audit processes.
  12. Ensure all audit activities and documentation are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
  14. Mentor and train junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge in auditing and compliance.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Audit, Risk Management, Or Compliance Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Particularly In The Consumer Banking And Small Business Banking Space.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Senior Management And Regulators.
