- Conduct and manage internal audits of Truist Financial's capital management processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to capital management
- Develop and implement audit plans, schedules, and procedures
- Identify and assess potential risks and areas for improvement in the capital management process
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and provide ongoing support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations related to capital management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for capital management
- Train and mentor junior audit team members on capital management processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive audit documentation and reports
- Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives related to capital management as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Audit, Risk Management, Or Capital Management Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Capital Management.
Professional Certification Such As Cpa, Cfa, Or Cia.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Effectively Communicate With Senior Management And Stakeholders.
