Job Description

Truist Financial is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate - CRE Credit Delivery to join our dynamic team. This individual will utilize their skills in financial and credit analysis to support Truist's CRE Credit Delivery team. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in a financial services role. This individual must have a strong understanding of financial markets and trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. The Associate - CRE Credit Delivery must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be an integral part of Truist Financial’s success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage financial and credit analysis skills to support the CRE Credit Delivery team.
  2. Monitor financial markets and trends to facilitate informed decisions.
  3. Develop problem-solving solutions based on team objectives.
  4. Maintain open lines of communication between team members and other departments.
  5. Provide clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.
  6. Build positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to reach team goals.
  8. Adhere to Truist Financial’s policies and procedures.
  9. Remain current on financial services regulations and developments.
  10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when performing tasks.
