- Manage and maintain accurate and timely insurance billing processes for Truist Financial's clients.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt and accurate payment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance billing processes and regulations.
- Review and analyze insurance billing data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
