  1. Manage and maintain accurate and timely insurance billing processes for Truist Financial's clients.
  2. Collaborate with insurance companies and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt and accurate payment.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance billing processes and regulations.
  4. Review and analyze insurance billing data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
  5. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of insurance billing activities and transactions.
  6. Work closely with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  7. Continuously assess and improve insurance billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
