What is the hiring process for TriMet?

1. Submit an Application: Submit an online application for the job you are interested in at trimet.org/careers. 2. Pre-Employment Assessment: Once your application is reviewed and you meet the minimum requirements for the job, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment. 3. Interview: If you pass the assessment, you will be invited to participate in an interview with a member of the TriMet Human Resources team. 4. Background Check: After you have completed the interview, TriMet will conduct a background check. 5. Offer: Upon successful completion of the recruitment process, you will receive an offer of employment from TriMet. 6. Onboarding: Once you have accepted the offer of employment, you will be asked to complete onboarding paperwork such as tax forms and other documents.
