Knowledge Of Workforce Management Principles And Best Practices: A Wfm Capacity Planning Analyst At Transferwise Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Wfm Principles, Including Forecasting, Scheduling, And Capacity Planning. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Be Able To Apply Them To Optimize Workforce Efficiency.
