  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in workforce efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing workforce capacity and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and develop workforce management solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Utilize workforce management software and tools to forecast and plan staffing needs.
  6. Create and maintain accurate workforce schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  7. Provide regular reports and insights on workforce performance and capacity utilization.
  8. Identify and address any potential staffing gaps or issues.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of global operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and capacity planning.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to workforce management.
  12. Collaborate with other analysts and teams to develop and implement cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  13. Train and mentor other team members on workforce management and capacity planning best practices.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to workforce management.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by supporting its mission to make money borderless for customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Workforce Management Principles And Best Practices: A Wfm Capacity Planning Analyst At Transferwise Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Wfm Principles, Including Forecasting, Scheduling, And Capacity Planning. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Be Able To Apply Them To Optimize Workforce Efficiency.

  • Experience With Wfm Software And Tools: Transferwise Looks For Candidates Who Have Experience Working With Wfm Software And Tools, Such As Verint, Aspect, Or Genesys. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Analyze Data, Create Forecasts, And Generate Reports To Inform Decision-Making.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Capacity Planning Analyst, One Must Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Accurate Forecasts To Ensure Efficient Staffing Levels. Transferwise Looks For Candidates Who Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Excel In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities: A Successful Wfm Capacity Planning Analyst At Transferwise Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Data And Analysis In A Clear And Concise Manner.
