Experience In Technical Training And Enablement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Training And Enablement, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Product And Technology: A Technical Enablement Manager At Transferwise Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Technology Stack. This Includes Experience With Apis, Payment Systems, And Other Technical Aspects Of The Business.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Role Of A Technical Enablement Manager Requires Strong Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Both Internal Teams And External Partners.
