  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive technical training and enablement program for employees and partners.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify training needs and create relevant materials and resources.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees and partners on technical concepts, tools, and strategies.
  4. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  5. Continuously evaluate and update training programs to ensure they align with company goals and industry best practices.
  6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and partners to deepen their understanding of technical concepts and improve their skills.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for technical questions and inquiries.
  8. Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical enablement initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into training programs.
  11. Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of technical trainers and enablement specialists.
  13. Manage the budget and resources allocated for technical training and enablement.
  14. Represent the company in external events and conferences related to technical training and enablement.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the overall technical knowledge and skills of employees and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Technical Training And Enablement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Training And Enablement, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Product And Technology: A Technical Enablement Manager At Transferwise Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Technology Stack. This Includes Experience With Apis, Payment Systems, And Other Technical Aspects Of The Business.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Role Of A Technical Enablement Manager Requires Strong Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Both Internal Teams And External Partners. The Candidate Should Be Able To Convey Complex Technical Information In An Easily Understandable Manner.

  • Project Management And Organizational Skills: The Candidate Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Multiple Projects And Initiatives On Time And Within Budget. Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail Are Essential For This Role.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As A Technical Enablement Manager, The Candidate Will Work Closely With Various Teams Such As Product, Engineering, Sales, And Customer Support. The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
