- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all presales activities and data in CRM systems.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior presales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance and support.
Extensive Experience In A Presales Or Consulting Role Within The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In The Payments Or Foreign Exchange Sector.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Transferwise's Products, Services, And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Compelling Manner To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Solutions For Clients.
