- Develop and implement content design strategies that align with TransferWise's mission to make money borderless for everyone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered content that enhances the overall user experience.
- Create and maintain a consistent tone and voice across all customer support channels.
- Conduct research and gather insights to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Design and write clear, concise, and engaging content for various customer support channels such as FAQs, help articles, chatbots, etc.
- Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency and accuracy across all customer support channels.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve and update existing content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design and customer support.
- Train and mentor junior content designers to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
- Work closely with product designers and developers to ensure that content and design work together seamlessly.
- Collaborate with localization teams to ensure that content is culturally appropriate and relevant for different markets.
- Act as a subject matter expert on content design and customer support, providing guidance and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the overall content strategy for TransferWise, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Represent TransferWise at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in content design and customer support.
Extensive Experience In Content Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Content Design, Preferably In A Similar Role For A Tech Company. They Should Have A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Ability To Create User-Friendly And Engaging Content.
Understanding Of Support Processes And Tools: The Principal Content Designer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Customer Support Processes And Tools, Such As Zendesk Or Intercom. They Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Create And Manage Content That Helps Users Solve Their Problems Efficiently.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Principal Content Designer Should Have Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Content Designers And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
