  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.

  12. Keep accurate records and documentation of all investigations and outcomes.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate fraud prevention processes to identify areas for improvement.
