  1. Develop and enhance financial crime and KYC controls to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.
  2. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to stay up-to-date with evolving financial crime and KYC regulations.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing controls to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new controls and processes.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify suspicious activity and potential financial crime risks.
  6. Investigate and resolve any issues related to financial crime or KYC controls.
  7. Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial crime and KYC matters.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on financial crime and KYC regulations.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk management strategies.
  10. Identify and report any potential financial crime activities to relevant authorities.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
  12. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of financial crime and KYC controls.
  13. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures related to financial crime and KYC.
  14. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on current trends and best practices.
  15. Collaborate with product and technology teams to incorporate financial crime and KYC controls into new products and features.
  16. Stay proactive and anticipate potential financial crime risks and take necessary actions to prevent them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Crime Or Kyc Compliance, Ideally In A Product-Focused Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Aml/Cft Regulations And Global Financial Crime Trends.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
