- Lead and manage a team of engineers in Brazil, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development
- Drive technical excellence and ensure the quality of engineering deliverables in Brazil
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and drive the direction of technical initiatives in the region
- Collaborate with other Engineering Leads to ensure consistency and alignment across global engineering efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand business needs and priorities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in Brazil, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team
