- Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer complaints process and increase customer satisfaction.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze customer complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority customer complaints, working closely with team members to find solutions.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and engineering, to address underlying issues that are causing customer complaints.

- Lead by example and provide excellent customer service, handling complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Complaints Handling, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With Previous Experience In A Team Lead Or Supervisory Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customers And De-Escalate Tense Situations.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Complaints Handling Processes And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Implementing Effective Resolution Strategies.
Proven Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Implement Process Improvements To Prevent Future Complaints.
