MACD Provisioner

The MACD Provisioning Specialist processes orders as a member of the team. This position provisions telecom orders into the appropriate Carrier systems and follows through to successful order completion within the intervals and procedures provided. Process assigned orders/requests for installation, disconnection or changes for TPx services within the established intervals. Assigned order/requests may include but are not limited to order types such as TPx Network orders, UCx products, Virtual Fax, Long Distance, T1/DS3 orders, Toll Free numbers, Sprint/Century Link services. Process email, queue, TPx order/requests as required within intervals. Update customers throughout order process following established processes.
