As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain, logistics, and transportation services, along with ensuring strategies and processes are efficient, cost-effective, and organized. You will be working closely with other departments, such as purchasing, customer service, sales, and operations, to ensure a smooth delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies and processes for logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
2. Monitor and analyze logistics performance and identify areas of improvement.
3. Manage the day-to-day activities of the logistics team and ensure they are working efficiently.
4. Develop and implement customer service strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
7. Monitor and analyze transportation costs and devise strategies to reduce expenses.
8. Oversee the inventory control system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
9. Establish and monitor KPIs for the logistics team.
10. Liaise with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure a smooth delivery of products to customers.
