
Logistics Manager
Tourneau|Bucherer is looking for an outstanding Logistics Manager to join our team! As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain, logistics, and transportation services, along with ensuring strategies and processes are efficient, cost-effective, and organized. You will be working closely with other departments, such as purchasing, customer service, sales, and operations, to ensure a smooth delivery of products to our customers. We’re looking for someone who has exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should also have prior experience in a similar role and be knowledgeable in logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and processes for logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the logistics team and ensure they are working efficiently.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs and devise strategies to reduce expenses.
- Oversee the inventory control system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for the logistics team.
- Liaise with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure a smooth delivery of products to customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management
Logistics
Business Management Or Related Field
+ Years Of Experience In Logistics
Supply Chain Management Or Related Field
Proven Track Record In Successful Inventory Management And Warehouse Operations
Experience In Managing And Developing Teams
