Boutique Manager

At Tourneau|Bucherer, we are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding in-store experience. As the face of Tourneau|Bucherer, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a team of sales professionals, and driving positive results in all areas of store operations.We are looking for a confident individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a management role. To be successful in this role, the Boutique Manager must possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate a strong business acumen, and be a dynamic leader.
