1. Educate and guide customers in their wine selections, based on their preferences and needs.
2. Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of different varietals, regions, and pairings.
3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new wine products.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere for customers.
5. Assist in managing inventory and stocking shelves to ensure a well-stocked and organized wine section.
6. Conduct wine tastings and events to showcase new products and educate customers.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their overall wine-buying experience.
8. Collaborate with the team to develop creative displays and promotions to increase wine sales.
9. Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their wine knowledge and sales skills.
10. Uphold Total Wine & More's standards and policies regarding responsible alcohol consumption.
11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
12. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address any questions or concerns.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
14. Act as a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More, promoting our brand and values to customers.
