1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the store.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of different types of wine to assist customers in selecting the perfect bottle for their needs.
3. Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products in order to make knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
4. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers, regardless of their level of wine knowledge.
5. Conduct wine tastings and educational events for customers to further their understanding and appreciation of different wines.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and be able to accurately describe flavor profiles and characteristics of various wines.
7. Assist with inventory management and stocking of wine and spirits products.
8. Collaborate with other team members to create engaging displays and promotions for featured products.
9. Actively engage with customers to build relationships and establish loyalty to our store and products.
10. Uphold all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
