Stock Associate

1. Maintain inventory levels of all products in the store, including wines, spirits, and beers.
2. Receive shipments and accurately record and organize products in designated areas.
3. Unpack and stock products onto shelves, ensuring all items are properly labeled and priced.
4. Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly to ensure freshness.
5. Conduct routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Keep storage areas clean and organized to facilitate easy access to products.
7. Assist in creating visually appealing displays and ensure products are properly displayed and labeled.
8. Assist in the execution of promotions and sales events by restocking and replenishing products as needed.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product location and selection.
11. Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and maintain a safe working environment.
12. Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
13. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
